Shared Workspace with Room for Improvement

I like the hot list features because it puts my most important and urgent tasks at the top of my screen every morning. Another great feature is the shared team calendar, which allows me to see when my coworkers are busy and not available, so I can schedule internal meetings without sending back and forth emails. I also appreciate how easy it is to attach a PDF or a photo directly to a customer profile, keeping all the information in one secure place. The initial setup is very easy for a small team, as you can invite coworkers and start sharing notes in just a few minutes. The software does a good job of explaining where the most important tools and buttons are located during the first few days of use, and the demo video is very helpful, so we don't need to attend a lengthy training session.

Maximizer: Powerful AI and Seamless Integration

I really love the lead scoring feature in Maximizer because it goes beyond simple demographics and analyzes behavioral patterns to tell me which prospects are "hot" right now. The QuickBooks integration is another standout feature as it allows me to see clients' payment history and outstanding invoices without ever leaving the CRM, providing a much clearer picture of the account health. I also rely on the AI IQ boost to identify which accounts are showing the strongest buying signals based on recent interactions. Additionally, I use the WhatsApp integration to communicate with clients on their preferred messaging channel directly from the CRM interface. The AI activity timeline provides concise digests of years of emails and calls in seconds, which is a massive help when I'm preparing for surprise meetings with client. The onboarding checklist made it easy to set up lead management and synchronize WhatsApp and QuickBooks in less than two days with zero technical support.
