The best UGC tool and team out there.

LoudCrowd is unmatched. I have managed influencer and ambassador marketing on the brand side for 5 years, and I wish I'd had the LoudCrowd software and their team from the start. At Dropps, a sustainable green cleaning brand, we needed a better way to engage our community. We received UGC and reviews on social pretty frequently, but we had no way to track it, or know who our most engaged organic brand advocates were past anecdotal knowledge. LoudCrowd completely flipped this for us. With their team, we built a completely out-of-the-box Brand Ambassador program focused on rewarding Dropps Ambassadors for creating UGC, tracking key analytics within the program, and establishing a clear way to measure the program's value. Their team helped us brainstorm and manage everything from the program's launch plan to email flows to sourcing new ambassadors and more. We were also able to completely tailor the program to our brand needs: - We rewarded only Instagram and TikTok posts (we plan to add Instagram Stories) - We structured three rewards tiers to: * Award ambassadors for UGC * Introduce Ambassadors to our loyalty programs (Dropps Points on our website) * Launch new products with our most engaged Ambassadors * And build a branded experience for our brand advocates to engage with In short, LoudCrowd helped over triple our monthly UGC volume for social photos and videos. We've welcomed over 1,000 ambassadors to the program within four months of the initial launch in October.
