Lead Forensics is a great tool we are currently using to help generate new business from prospects that don't enquire straight away. Support is constantly available whether that be through raising a ticket or our Customer Success Manager. The vistor list allows you to categorise each business which helps filter what businesses you wish to prioritise. It also allows you to assign it to the person who has contacted it, meaning no crossover happens, should multiple people be using the portal. Lead Forensics intergrates with our internal CRM, eliminating the manual work our end.
