Lattice's clean interface allows users like me stay organized when it comes to tasks, communication with higher-ups, and in setting goals with my direct report and team lead for our one-on-ones. Tools like Lattice were not used at my previous organization, so having everything in one place with such a clean, concise interface is a huge help. However, we've since moved onto other platforms that, while they do not have a system for getting goals, are a bit more user-friendly.

An All-in-one management tool
Lattice allows me to set goals and track its timely progress. It enables me to request for/give feedbacks to/from peers. It has the best feature to submit a self review or peer review. Using Lattice we can view the employees list of our organization and schedule 1:1s, add discussion points, note down action items, follow up on pending actions, etc. Overall its an all in one tool.
