The tool is over-engineered and not user friendly at all unfortunately
We selected them because they offer the features we needed in various areas : very customizable engagement surveys, automated review cycles, the grow module which we haven't tried yet but very aligned with our internal culture so seemed attractive, their Slack integration, the praise feature which replaced a "kudos" channel we had, etc.
