I love the progress they're making on updating the builder tools with the new email builder and new landing page builder. It's very user-friendly and you're able to create some excellent looking emails. I also appreciate the community of users they're working on building. With a Facebook group and their own online community, it's easy to get answers and support from other users as well as Keap representatives. My company does not keep our products or customer purchase information in Keap, so I have not used those features much, but I can see how they would be helpful for businesses with fewer products. Keap Academy is also enjoyable. I've attended one in-person event as well as a few online events and always learn new things.
