Great device management tool, but need optimisation for MSPs

- You can make custom script and deploy them to devices. - It supports connection with ESXi, printers and also SNMP devices, so you have monitoring on one location. - Gives me an easy over view all the devices and can create filters and groups of devices/customers to apply Policies and scripts correctly. - The build in Web remote funktion is awesome, so you don't need to use an agent to connect to a device. - It has integration with ITGlue, so you can find and paste customers device logins with opening a seperat window. - Possible to give custom permissions to customers - Can give mail alerts and also through Webhooks
