Excellent product and support team
Customer support teams consists of well-skilled members and they are really dedicated to enhance clients success.
Of course the product has great UI, easy to implement for the members who are not familiar with IT tools.
It enables us to be concious about the invalid account which is originally used by the ex-members who had already retired, also enables to save extra cost for IT tool account.
