Asset management with superior UI and easy operation
The UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It requires no special learning and allows anyone to act as an administrator immediately.
It also allows for flexible tagging when managing, making it possible to manage various IT assets such as Ethernet adapters and smartphones, in addition to PCs, headsets, and keyboards.

Internal software management and device management has become much easier.
The ability to simply and centrally manage SaaS, which can easily become cumbersome to manage, is very impressive. It alerts you months before the renewal date so that you don't accidentally auto-renew a tool that you don't have to renew the next time you sign up for an annual contract.
Being able to see who is using which SaaS on a user axis rather than an application axis is one of the features that I find useful.
It is a great place to have a good support system and to be able to respond immediately.
The ease of cooperation is also easy to understand because the manual is well written.
