The best part is quick, extremely helpful customer service. Anyone we contact is very resourceful and addresses concerns or issues very quickly. Kendra in particular is a rare gem! One of the best resources I've ever worked with, across any system, for resolving issues or brainstorming questions/ideas. It's very apparent that customer service is a top priority to HelloTeam. They have gone above and beyond my expectations in terms of system set up, survey or group set up, etc. They don't just send a job aid to do it ourselves, they spend a lot of time to make it easy on the customer and they are in our accounts handling a lot for us. Just really beyond my expectations and experience with other systems. Also, the platform is very easy to use, also very customizable. The pre-built survey templates are also very nice and we actually want to use them.

HelloTeam gives employees the opportunity to build a profile to share personal information, experiences, and goals for the future. It keeps everyone up to date on new hires, promotions, birthdays and work anniversaries which is so valuable for a remote team! On the administrative side, we utilize HelloTeam for surveys and performance reviews.
