Gusto is easily my favorite of all the "financial services" our small organization uses. The interface is user friendly enough for even our most administratively challenged team members, and the support team is always fast and helpful in answering my questions or addressing the issues that have come up. Gusto is dedicated to keeping costs reasonable for organizations that have limited resources, such as ours. Additionally, people seem happy to work there. While we have not used many of the services beyond payroll, we do expect to in the coming year and I'm confident and comfortable that Gusto will meet our needs smoothly and successfully as we continue to scale.
