EASY TO USE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL FOR OUR TEAM

I love the simplicity of hiver as well as the ability to easily move emails in your personal inbox to a shared inbox and assign them to team members. It has helped our team manage communication with customers and is easy to train new employees on how to use it. Hive support has always been on top of it as well. Love it!!

Exceptional group management and visibilty

Hiver has an easy-to-use UI that makes assigning tasks a simple two-step process. Visibility is also easy with a built-in tag system to make sure the right people are in the know. Integration with Gmail is an essential part of my job. The inclusion of notes within emails for conversations facilitates plans for future workflows and planning.
