It allows us to see the last conversation first on an email, which saves time when we don't have to scroll down through the entire thread. We can manage different shared folders and set up rules for each one. The tags and notes, help us also communicate with our team and let them know if something is pending and why. Provides better visibility. Support team is amazing. They will reply almost instantly and schedule meetings for more complicated matters within minutes. They are always ready to help. They also consider customer's input when adding new features. We use hiver every day, it was a very easy to integrate with our current platforms, and although the first few days the use of any new platform can be a bit challenging, within days our team had already adapted to its features.
