customer service is awesome. They always do their best. Their team is friendly and quickly responsive. If a call back is needed they always meet the expectation and agreed on time frame. Some of the original crew even know my voice from frequent calls and they seem genuinely happy to hear from me. Their customer service hours meet my needs.

We started using Gradelink a few years ago. It has significantly improved the way teachers record grades, communicate with parents, list assignments, complete lesson plans, and so much more. Our parents love to be able to log-in and see the progress their child is making.
