Great Product - User Friendly

The system is intuitive and user-friendly, easy for most people to pick up and start to use with minimal training. The ability to sort contracts by vendor (funder in our case), type, start and end dates, etc. is very helpful, as is the ability to filter the data to provide a more limited subset of information. Gatekeeper provides an intuitive system and is very responsive to our needs. I like Gatekeeper's ability to truly connect with the customer and Gatekeeper's will to actually listen to client's suggestions for improvement.
