I like the grid reports and the ability to use them the widgets on our marketing collateral and landing pages. Same goes for the badges. The ability to add funds to the G2 wallet makes it easier for us to generate more reviews over time, and the review snapshots and quotes as well as reference pages help us consolidate the reviews in a meaningful way to make more sense for our customers. Our account managers have always been very proactive with any and all requests trying to help us out whenever possible.
