I really liked how simple FrontSpin is to use and get started. You are able to set-up PlayBooks and dial away. Not only that, you do not need to import phone numbers into the system, you can just enter in whichever number you want it to show whether that's your cell, work number or company phone, etc.
I like the way that it integrates and works with Salesforce because it takes out half the time for me to log calls. It's also really easy to blow through a list super quick. I also really like the email templates and how easy it is. There's an extension that's built into the browser as well that makes dialing super easy with just the click of a button. That button is alongside any number in salesforce, in emails, or anywhere in my browser that makes it easier to dial quickly. There's a lot of functionality that makes my job a lot easier!
