I was in search of an autodialer to accelerate my outbound outreach as a one-man shop dialing numbers off spreadsheets. When looking for an autodialer I came across a few options. FrontSpin's ease of use won that competition hands down. FrontSpin includes more functionality for less money than PhoneBurner, one of its competitors. You get a softphone by default with FrontSpin. While they recommend using the softphone over a hard-wired internet connection, I've had success using it with Bluetooth headphones over a Wi-Fi connection that is only being used by FrontSpin. If I have something else streaming, the connection can be questionable.
Perhaps my favorite FrontSpin feature is the voicemail drop. It automates one of the most repetitive tasks involved in this job. You can pre-record voicemails and drop them after the beep to leave a message without you needing to be on the call still. This saves valuable seconds on each call, adding up to a ton of saved time throughout the day. Another exciting feature of FrontSpin is how you can create playbooks. Playbooks queue leads to be called a certain number of days apart, setting up a cadence for outreach. I have mine set to a total of 5 contact attempts, scheduled 5 business days apart.
I've also been pleasantly surprised by how nice FrontSpin is to use as a makeshift CRM. I love the contact history that shows call dispositions, call recordings, and days between contact attempts all in one place. I do not have Salesforce or another CRM already, so FrontSpin has allowed me to create a comprehensive, searchable database of all of my lead. No longer do I have to switch between spreadsheets to find where a lead came from.
On top of all that, FrontSpin support has humans you can actually speak to when you have a problem. A rare and treasured thing in this day in age.

Frontspin's best features are its speed and versatility. The platform allows you to take a multichannel approach with email, call, and LinkedIn outreach. As a high volume outbound SDR, I find the speed at which it allows you to move through a list to be the most important and helpful feature.
You can also take it slow if you'd like, building out custom lists with segmented customers. I support several campaigns at a time, so it's important to keep things separate.
