I love utilizing EndTest's support team! They are very fast to respond and will coach me through each issue that I run into, and then explain it so that I have a better understanding for the future. I often use the support person's explanations in my notes and in training documentation that I write up for other members of my team so that we are all learning together. A few times I have reached out with a question that was not covered in the Documentation, and soon saw that the EndTest team added the question and solution to their site. This makes me both confident and grateful that EndTest as a company is constantly updating and perfecting their Documents section to be the most helpful and comprehensive it can be!
