Flexible and Customizable Benefits Admin Solution

First off, the people at Empyrean are great to work with, which matters a lot when trying to fix issues or get something custom/nuanced implemented. Empyrean is always trying to improve the member experience and finding ways to improve their prodcut/technology. The employer portal is very easy to use and provides a lot of useful information on active employees, terminated employees and retirees. They can work with you on customizing reports for you as well, which I appreciate because it helps alleviate some work on my end. The administration fees are also very reasonable compared to other vendors.

Great Empyrean Partnership

Empyrean has been a great partnership for us for several years now. We really value the relationship as it helps us streamline our benefits administration. The implementation was easy and the customer support for our administrators and employees is high touch. We have worked on several projects with Empyrean had great project management and support.
