Being that we have a very large product line it would take hours everyday to check through every listing for negative reviews. Easy to use with great customer support

FeedbackFive is very easy to set up. The few questions I had were answered very fast. Pricing seems fair. I like the daily digest of activity. It helps us keep in touch with our customers and also be on top of feedabck and respond appropriately.
