Ability to connect with HRMS or HRIS in the company's legacy system. 7. The system will be access by employee frequently because their will compete to have better score to open more probability to have good performance appraisal and also possibility to be promoted. 8. As far as I communicate with Devskiller, they always give the fast respond, friendly and solutive. 9. In the HR point of view, skill management that clear into the job position can be easy to review, the Likert scale will held to an ease implementation when integrate to our HRMS.
