We've been an EA user almost 10 years now and are extremely happy with the product and support. Some things to mention.. * Great looking interface * Very robust piece of software and they continue to add new features. * Easy to schedule oncall (drag and drop and it remembers your pattern) * Easy to run Alert policies based on emails. It also interfaces with a lot of monitoring systems which makes setup easy. * Remote actions do the work for the user keeping you out of it! They can send an email to EA and a script will run if they are in the correct security group taking care of whatever process you wish. We use it for licensing. * SMS Broadcasting is great for mass notifications of downtime. We use this monthly for our outages of critical systems * Easy to setup notification channels. We moved to a cloud based VOIP this year (cost savings) and it was so simple to get setup and cutover. * Support is awesome! they work with you on problems and even upgrades if you're nervous. You don't have a good company without good support.
