I really like how reliable and fast the alerts are. Getting notifications through push, SMS, and voice calls ensures nothing gets missed. The on-call scheduling is also super useful for managing team shifts. Plus, the setup is straightforward, and the integrations make it easy to connect with existing systems. We have implemented it for different types of alerts, such as fire and intrusion, and the tests have been very successful.
