Easy to build and use chatbot and guided support platform

DeepConverse provides an intuitive support platform for non technical customers. Particularly the drag and drop builder is easy to work with and allowed us to make our conversation flow without the need for technical guidance. I also liked the reporting capabilities available as it provided good insights into our usage. They can tailor the plans to the features we would need and meet pricing expectations.

Good Customer Support Automation Platform
