The term NEO wwas first introduced to us, and has been customized in order for the name of our school to be part of the website, which is great for allowing us to make it more personalized for the school. I appreciate the user-friendly interface of CYPHER, which makes navigation and lesson management easy once done with the navigation training. In terms of implementation in class during orientation at the beginning of the school year, younger students are able to follow within a week with continuous guidance. It is frequently used as it serves as a platform for communication and access to the learning materials, and can even check the time spent by a student in content pages. Parents are also able to track their children's activities and scores through the parent accounts. The system also has the ability to embed or integrate other platforms used by teachers within its interface such as Google drive, Meet, Slides, etc. In terms of test types, there is a variety within CYPHER. The automaticity in scoring, for some types, helps lessen the time of teachers in doing administrative work such as checking. The customer support is also responsive to inquiries, even when there may be no resolution for the concern forwarded. Overall, I am satisfied with my more than 3 years experience of using NEO/CYPHER Learning.
