We used the employee engagement surveys product to roll out an engagement survey for our employees. The product could dissect the responses for leaders of various departments. The reporting and tools from the product were great to allow leaders to start open dialogue from the survey responses. The culture amp team is also readily available for any questions that may arise. Implementation and use were easy and we felt supported during the implementation process.

We use Culture Amp solely for surveys. I love the available templates, and that they are fully customizable. The website is fairly intuitive, and the reports are easy to read. Appreciate the availability of the Skills Coach feature as well.
