The customer support team is very helpful and available almost instantly. Cube has all the features I needed so far to bring in actuals from NetSuite and create a budget in Excel that I can upload to Cube easily as well as then do budget vs actuals reporting by Department, GL codes, etc., as needed. I am also able to separately have a headcount scenario for hires on staff and planned hires which is very helpful to have a full view of the budget and forecast.
