I was used to creating my (printed) manuals with a pure HTML editor, and a different person was in charge o designing the templates and the final output. So, from strictly creating content, I have moved to design and build my manuals and the company's documentation portal. Using ClickHelp is a learning curve. However, its fantastic support team is always ready (and fast!) to understand your needs and provide the correct answer at the right moment.

The ClickHelp authoring environment is comfortable to work within, and offers a familiar set of word-processing tools and features. The single-sourcing options are excellent. The online documentation output is very professional looking. I commend the ClickHelp team for their personal and attentive support - my questions were handled professionally, courteously, and with a dedication to a helpful answer and resolution.
