The ease with which i can find, tag and store relevant information is irreplaceable. I no longer have to bookmark websites or copy links to go back to review later. Additionally, the K360 team is very responsive to problems and open to suggestions.

Knowledge360 has been a force multiplier for my organization. As a result of implementing K360, I can see more and do more with my internal/external data and information including field intelligence because everything is centrally located and readily accessible via personalized dashboards. Access to K360 inside of Salesforce has also been a big plus. K360 is supported by an excellent customer service team.
