Certain has robust in-form logic, and can be fairly well customized. The support team and account reps are very responsive and communicative and make a real effort to meet our needs. The tool implements improvements regularly. There are many available features which can be utilized in complex arrangements.

Certain Review - Extremely Flexible Platform

|Certain Event Management
The Certain platform is extremely flexible and able to meet the needs of our clients - most of whom have specific and varied requirements. The reporting out of the platform is amazing in its versatility, and allows different groups to have different views of the same event with little effort. The support team is usually very quick to address issues or answer questions, and the account management team is awesome.
