Outstanding Customer Service

Quick and prompt customer survice. Well informed support staff! I had an issue with the billing department. CallHippo wrongly charged my credit card with an incorrect amount - which I believe was a pure administrative error. Jitendra Keswani and Yogita Chauhan did an outstanding job to sort this out ASAP, and they initiated the refund amount back to my credit card within 48 hours (Includes a public holiday in between)!
