Great reports and outstanding support

The reports are very good. I can break down a call to each leg that was processed in flow path. This report helps my executives determine call effectiveness. The page links up to call recordings as well if you have the Mitel feature. We also have contact center and the live dashboard is used by them extensively. The best part about this company and the product is the support. If you cant, find what your looking for, their support will help you find exactly what you need through the reports. Their support is top-notch in the tech industry. I work with servers, storage, phones, etc... and their support is one of the best I have encountered.
