It works for us

We use Brightmetrics to run reports for our Shoretel/Mitel system, and we have been using Brighmetrics for about seven years now. I have found the recommended reports are easy to understand and edit. The reports can be set up to automatically run on a set schedule and emailed to the managers that need them. The reporting features are very helpful and provide a wealth of information to us.

BrightMetrics is a MUST HAVE if you use mitel

Having a Mitel UC environment is tricky, and often, I feel like I am flying blind. Brightmetrics has saved us SO many troubleshooting hours. It's not just for reporting; it is also instrumental in troubleshooting call flows (using their call flow mapper) as well as general reporting. Anyone that has done reporting in Mitel knows how awful it is. I have told at least a dozen people that they need this to make mitel a success.
