1-1s are great, the user interface is awesome, the career planning is fantastic. We also have a subscription to LinkedIn Learning, and it integrates very well with Bridge, and it's really cool to be able to tie learnings to different career and developmental goals. The Bridge Drivers are really cool too - I love the physical cards it comes with. It's very easy to use and manage.

I like that you can organize your goals and conversations with your manager in a more dynamic way than just a boring old bulleted list or trying to keep track of all of that in Excel or something. I like that I can keep things private but also share things directly with my manager. It's very easy to navigate too!

Bridge is an easy to navigate platform. As an employee, I use the system to track my 1:1s, goals, and achievements. It's nice to be able to reference everything in one place, especially during review season. The interface is easy to use and I really like the UI.
