There are many things we love about BNTouch. First of all we love the portal that we have for our clients. Also the ability for our assistant to have her own account and be able to make tasks for her to do on specific client files. Really like the dashboard with our daily tasks, makes it easy to come in and know what our day looks like. Overall I have never seen another CRM that comes close to the features this one has. And the fact that you are ever changing and evolving to our needs. Definitely would recommend it!
