The ease to use and excellent customer support!

The ease of the videos to get you set up when you're abit lost are wonderful. The live tutorials they have are fantastic and then you can go back and watch it if you didnt get something...Love the support phone # to speak to live human and they help you! The fact that you can really reach out and there is soemone to really assist- thats great! Andd mostly though it has alot of going on- it is fairly easy to use- and it doesnt take that long at all nor does it confuse you like others..Sometimes too much is overkill..and in those other CRM's it can be overwhelming..This is not- really it is easier than others even if you're not great at technical things like this.
