Our customer support team used Bigazi to manage incoming service requests which were previously handled via email and phone calls. Using Bizagi, we created a centralised system where requests were categorised, assigned and tracked also. What I really like about Bizagi is its drag and drop functionality, which is helpful for designing workflowa. These workflows allowed us to map out complex service processes in hours rather than days.
