The platform is extremely intuitive to use and doesn't require hiring additional staff or a steep learning curve as you might find in other solutions. Sign-up for users is extremely straightforward, and they give users the power over how they want to consume their media. Additionally, the platform is centered around "reps" and being able to see by the user-specific insights on how they performed on their reps made this a selling point for our organization. You don't want the learner to watch a video and "hope they get it" but instead practice the skill, either big or small. The coach's side of the platform makes it easy to submit feedback on the go, whether you are running to catch a train or having it part of your routine on your laptop. The level of support given by BigSpring staff is also top-notch. They are just as invested in your project as you are and are consistently finding ways to either improve your content or discover other integrations with your specific deployment.
