We've gotten so many compliments from different departments across campus about the new virtual tour. It looks clean, we were able to customize almost everything into our branding, and it's very straightforward for us to continue editing and making changes as things come up.

Adoro que haja vários idiomas nos quais você pode configurar os passeios para que possamos acomodar mais estudantes. É fácil configurar cenas dentro dos passeios e colocar seus pinos nos mapas. O áudio é um ótimo bônus para tornar isso mais interativo para os usuários. Estou usando o Circuit há cerca de 4 meses, e Mariel tem sido incrível me ajudando a configurar recursos e me informando sobre novos recursos que estão por vir.

Having worked with other vendors in the past, the customer service, functionality, analytics access and ease of user updates are highlights of the Circuit platform for me. Onboarding was extremely detailed and we received a lot of support as we worked through the process. While the set-up is time consuming, you're well-supported throughout — the Circuit team responded within the same day whenever we had questions, and provided ample help with getting our tour ready. We've only been live for a short time but the feedback we've received from stakeholders as well as users has been nothing short of positive. Having access to fulsome analytics will also enable data-driven decisions and equips our stakeholders with the details they need.
