A tool that provides many possibilties other than just backing up devices. Automation at it's best. The support team is outstanding, they rapidly respond and always resolve my issues quickly. BackBox was easy to setup and bring into our environment and the intergration was a breeze. We use BackBox everyday and it is our main backup tool but we use the intellichecks feature mostly, which allows us to reduce the time spent on tasks which would take hours.

My favorite feature of Backbox are the intellichecks and the auto jobs that I can run - I think they are extremely useful in finding out key information that would usually be missed if I did it manually.
