An old dog learning new tricks

It is web based and the system we had been using was server based, so if the server in another province went down we were screwed. Pray we not get a major outage on internet. When I'm stuck, which was at least once a day I got onto the chat feature and the staff directed me to a speedy solution. Very helpful
