Devido à Covid, queríamos que os visitantes das nossas instalações tivessem uma experiência mínima ou sem contato ao registrar uma visita no local, ao mesmo tempo limitando a interação próxima com nossa equipe de recepção. O fato de o visitante poder usar seu celular para responder às perguntas de registro obrigatórias é ótimo. Além disso, como medida de segurança, o Anfitrião também deve escanear seu cartão de proximidade para imprimir o crachá do visitante, evitando assim o acesso não acompanhado ao edifício.

The TDS tool has a lot of customization options that allow us to provide a digital check-in experience for our customers and employees. We've adapted the solution to help us manage our entries into the office for both visitors and employees during the pandemic. We like how fast and easy it has been to adapt and deploy the tool. I find that compared to other tools reviewed, this one has the most developed features and the team working with us is very open to improvements if there is something missing. We chose this to help us digitize from our paper log books and are very pleased with the outcome.
