So far I have only used PDF files on Ziflow; however, I would like to know if I would be able to review view files as well and what is the acceptable file size.

I'd like to tag people from mobile too, and perhaps export all links from a folder to a Word or Excel list. Is this doable?

There should be a an easier way of simply creating another version without having to input all of the reviewer's emails again, I'm sending to the same people I shouldn't have to loose so much time typing them all again for each version

We are looking for way to integrate with our project management systems.

I rely on screenshots because I cannot seem to find a Print function. I often need to print Approved proofs for my records.
