I use Wonderlic as the first stage for applicants. I send them a link to complete the assessment and those that score in the moderate fit or above categories move to the telephone interview stage. It saves me a lot of time qualifying candidates. If you have questions, customer support is fantastic and very responsive.

It is difficult to determine how Wonderlic is deciding if a candidate is a good fit. You don't see the job duties or abilities for the job title you select. For instance, a customer service representative is a generic job title but the job duties are never the same throughout different industries. How does Wonderlic determine the skills needed for the industry specific jobs when they just use the job title you input? I would like a little bit more transparency on the scoring and criteria used.
