The system is not very intuitive and is more time consuming than helpful in my opinion. Logging activity doesn't organize well and it feels like an action that should take 1-2 steps takes 5+ instead and then requires logging activity in multiple places so it is trackable. I use it to track interviews and to create a record would be easier to attach or upload a LinkedIn profile but I have to have a resume or manually input all information. This has led to a lot of profiles being incomplete or misleading because even the resume input misplaces a lot of job history or skills information.
