We are using Ready but were never notified of when Dimensions came out. Would like to know pros and cons of both and if it would be beneficial or not to move to Dimensions.

What language are the report functions? i.e. javascript, what? Other than what's in the My Learning, is there any additional resources you can provide for advanced report writing?

Headcount report only gives you the current headcount and there isn't much filtering we can do.

Is there a way to have the calendar which display time off requests flow into calendars such as Apple Calendar or an Outlook Calendar? The ability to sync these together would be tremendously helpful.
