God, where do I begin? There's virtually nothing automated under the HR modules. Just about everything is a manual process, system is super slow, functionality is both archaic and nonsensical and transmitting data into our payroll processes is so roundabout, it makes my head spin! With Payroll being completely separate from the HR modules, it's a constant battle to keep our system accurate and correct.
