I love that everything is integrated into one place. I can easily see parent and child companies and their usage data. I love that I can send campaigns directly from one place and that I can send myself a preview prior to sending them to all my customers. The segmenting options are robust. I really appreciate that they listen to our feedback to improve. For example, they have added in an or logic now which is very useful!

I do not like that there are limitations to user profiles. For example, I can't see individual user data on their main page. I like that it tracks the account usage and notifies me of poor health and low usage so I can stay on top of those customers and get in front of any problems/concerns faster. It's easy to use, and implements well into Salesforce with integration. There are a lot of great features to organize account management. I use it daily! It's easy to get customer support if needed.
