My organization was looking for an out-of-band, emergency contact system. Most products that I looked at had fee structures that included monthly fees. This is a product that we hope we never have to use. The most helpful feature of Text-Em-All is that you can purchase credits that never expire. If we have an emergency in 6 months or 6 years, we will be ready to go and be able to text all our employees. It is very easy to use. It was very easy to import employee information to get it set up. It does not take a lot of time to create or send a message. You are able to tell quickly the results of each call made. If I ever have any questions, I just send an email to support and they respond quickly.
